You need a computer with internet connection, microphone and speakers. It's better with a camera, then we can see you too. We use the Zoom videoconferencing system, which you can start directly from your browser. We recommend to install it in advance, then it runs more stable. You do not need to register with Zoom to participate in the online detective game.

We have made the experience that it works better if you use the browser "Chrome". But you can also use any other browser.

Besides, you need a valid ticket, of course.

No, you do not need to print or save your ticket. Everything works best if you start the game directly from the email with the ticket. Therefore, please keep the e-mail in a safe place.

Our online crime game takes place in Zoom. You don't need to log in to Zoom to play. You just click on "Start game" in your ticket. We'll show you some important features in the picture below, so you already know how it looks like.

15 minutes before the game starts there will be a technical introduction by our game leaders. So if you don't feel confident, please stop by. If you've done a lot of Zoom before and are familiar with the features shown in the image, just dial in five minutes before the game starts and jump right into the evening.

One-way ticket: If you want to participate in the game alone or at least sit alone in front of your computer. You will be divided into investigation groups with other participants by our game leader.

Pair ticket: If you will sit together with another person in front of the computer. You will be divided into investigation groups by our game leader with other participants.
Family ticket: If you will sit together with three other persons in front of a computer. It doesn't matter if you are a family, a group of friends or a shared flat. You will be divided into investigation groups by our game leader together with other participants.

Group ticket: If you want to play together with up to nine other people in an exclusive group room. You can then sit in front of the computers in all possible constellations: everyone alone, as couples, in threes, fours, or you all meet up. The important thing is that you are not more than ten people. And if there are less than ten of you, but you would like to investigate undisturbed by others, a group ticket is also the right choice.

Yes, the minimum age is 14 years. Participation without a parent or guardian is permitted from the age of 16.

The online crime game is an interactive manhunt. It is not an app, but a live theater event with real actors. You also have the possibility to play together with friends, colleagues or family. You can spend a nice evening together, even though you might live far away from each other.

No. We use the Zoom video conferencing system. For more on this, see "What do I need to participate in the Online Thriller?" and "What do I need to know about Zoom?" If you don't know about Zoom, don't worry. We'll do a technical introduction 15 minutes before the game starts.
Otherwise. watching Tatort or reading Agatha Christie beforehand won't hurt. :)

The cases vary a bit in length and because it's live event, it can always vary a bit, but you'll get between two and three hours of best mystery entertainment.

No problem. The case will be solved in game groups - and you can investigate together. When you buy your tickets, you can indicate that you want to investigate together.
By the way: You can also book an exclusive game room and occupy it with up to ten people.

The new online mystery game is ideal as a team event for groups of 12 to 100 participants* who cannot meet in person. For small groups (up to 20 people) we recommend one or more group tickets in the public performances. For an exclusive booking, please contact our team.

Basically, you can not cancel the tickets. But we always try to find an accommodating possibility. So feel free to contact us if you would like to return a ticket.
